They are the people you wish you had 100 more of. Thing is, if you only have one A-Player on your team you are at great risk. Why? Because when the economy turns around, that A-Player is going to leave you. That’s right. Your shining star is going to find a brighter galaxy where she can learn to be better, faster, and stronger.
